We are here to help you reach your goals and to help you feel more energetic and confident in your own skin, everybodys needs and goals are unique to them and we strive to help you get to yours!!

We are a community, a family, where everyone is welcome. One thing you can be sure of is while you will work hard and you will see and feel the results from our classes, you will have so much fun along the way it wont feel like exercising!!

Walsall Bekki has 2 different styles of classes:-

Clubbercise
A fantastic full body workout in the dark with Glow Sticks & Disco Lights, dance yourself fit to fantastic Sing Along Club Classics from the 90’s onwards. Exercising in a darkened room will help your inhibitions disappear and you will really let go and work harder than you ever believed you could.

Zumba
A fun Latin Inspired Dance Fitness Class, which will have you working up a sweat and feeling sexier than you ever have before.

All classes burn 500 calories + per hour, dependent of your physical fitness, weight & age.

Zumba Walsall Bekki was born back in 2010 and I have never looked back, in 2015 I decided my Fitness Family needed a new challenge and some more fun in there fitness.
